Customer Services Executive (logistic Background) (north East Region)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Issue purchase order, liaise with supplier/ mill, follow up order status.
- Co-ordinate and monitor shipments with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements.
- Co-ordinate and monitor shipments with contractors and vendors and update both internal & external stakeholders.
- Provide daily customer service to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder required.
- Must have experiences in customer services/ logistic.
- Prefer 1 – 2 years of Working Experience with shipping procedures knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
- Able to speak and write good English and a 2nd language.
