Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Issue purchase order, liaise with supplier/ mill, follow up order status.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor shipments with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor shipments with contractors and vendors and update both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Provide daily customer service to customers.


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder required.
  • Must have experiences in customer services/ logistic.
  • Prefer 1 – 2 years of Working Experience with shipping procedures knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
  • Able to speak and write good English and a 2nd language.
