Job Description


In charge of building rapport and relationship with hotel concierges, front desk and hotel staff Maintain and service a pool of Concierge accounts to help promote SIC Tours Update them on new tours and promotions To give guests Courtesy or service call 3 hours after flight lands and coordinate with driver Check on tour bookings daily and follow up accordingly if need arises Check on Guide availability on weekly basis and update on excel file and share with department Assign guides for walking tours, raffles tour as and when required Check on rates in Tourplan and create invoices at the end of each month.Email updated rates to agents and hotel conciergesAttend and action on daytours email and reply inquiries accordingly on a daily basis Sales calls of 15 visits a month to maintain rapport with concierges / travel agents to provide latest brochures / updatesTo promote PWA, e-itinerary and ChatbotCreation of Whatsapp group to service concierges immediately Manage DO mobile on weekly basis and attend to all activities or incidents occurring while on dutyHandle Chatbot, get familiar and manage messages as and when neededStock taking of tickets every end of the monthIssuance of ticket Ordering and sorting out all expired tickets To maintain daily SIC Tour master list on file for everyone to access in case anyone needs to check on booking status
