Able to report customer complaints in a detailed manner, understanding of our system and products to be able to train, and communicate with customers on the functionality and operating procedures of the system.
Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation including user guides and technical specifications.
Provide user training to support new system implementation.
Work closely with Tech team on exploring and enhance the customer journey, customer experience, product functions and product features in the digital channels
Involve in creating new business opportunities, quotations, sales presentations to potential customer, as needed.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, property management
Knowledge of the MCST infrastructure is an advantage.
A confident and effective team player; able to work independently and under pressure
Meticulous, proactive with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Preparation of necessary paperwork for onboarding of new transactions
Ensure a positive client experience by following-up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner
Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
