Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls, Handle Technician requests, Prepare Quotations for MCSTs, Handle project correspondences.
• Able to report customer complaints in a detailed manner, understanding of our system and products to be able to train, and communicate with customers on the functionality and operating procedures of the system.
• Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation including user guides and technical specifications.
• Provide user training to support new system implementation.
• Work closely with Tech team on exploring and enhance the customer journey, customer experience, product functions and product features in the digital channels
• Involve in creating new business opportunities, quotations, sales presentations to potential customer, as needed.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

• 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, property management
• Knowledge of the MCST infrastructure is an advantage.
• A confident and effective team player; able to work independently and under pressure
• Meticulous, proactive with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Preparation of necessary paperwork for onboarding of new transactions
• Ensure a positive client experience by following-up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner
• Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
