Job Description

We are hiring a

Customer Success Coordinator

to ensure clients receive excellent service and maximise the value of our products or services.

Responsibilities



Onboard new clients and guide them through our services Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback Assist in creating educational materials or guides for clients Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client retention

Requirements



Degree or diploma in Business, Communications or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and organised Ability to work independently and in a team Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
