Job Title: Customer Success Executive (Senior Operation Executive)

Job Type: Contract One year

Job Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers to drive adoption and expansion in upselling and cross selling, providing an excellent customer experience as measured by revenue retention and customers satisfactory survey
  • Be the customer\'s advocate, collaborating proactively with internal departments to optimally service the customer\'s needs
  • Build and maintain strong direct client relationships with key stakeholders & retain those relationships
  • Be active in identifying, qualifying and passing on expansion and referral leads to the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Presales teams to scale and grow customers, ensuring that they are achieving real value.
  • Proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges and escalate as needed to ensure their needs and issues are addressed
  • Supporting customers in the operation and adoption of services & solutions throughout the duration of the contract to ensure long-term customer loyalty
  • Offer a seamless and best-in-class customer experience through all phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Supervising the onsite doucare team and performing basic human resource tasks such as hiring, training and mentoring the team.
  • Seek out and drive client advocacy related initiatives
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher
  • Candidates without the needed education requirements but with relevant industrial experience will also be considered
  • 3 to 5 years\' experience in account and service delivery management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact at a strategic level.
  • Good product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution
  • Problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to influence and coach team members (where required)
  • Ability to consistently strive to achieve set goals through the application of high work standards.
  • Ability to accept & manage a changing environment
  • Ability to prioritize & action multiple tasks
Desired:
  • Previous experience in any of the above-mentioned job areas will be an added advantage and will be given priority
  • ITIL v3 certifications
  • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure knowledge
  • Good understanding of Project Management
