As a Customer Success Executive in Group Business Middle Office, you will contribute to enhancing and supporting the digital customer journey and addressing issues from both external and internal parties. Create great customer experiences which translates to increased customer satisfaction and business growth. This includes: Providing customer support. You will be responsible for addressing queries and resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner. The queries and issues may come in various modes such as emails, calls and escalations from internal colleagues. You will need to coordinate and liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure issues are efficiently addressed. Customers may include brokers/intermediaries, agents and individual customers acting on behalf of their company Process business applications that are submitted via the platform. This includes performing basic compliance checks, data entry and collecting accurate information and documents for the application to be processed Providing accurate advice and information to customers about our various products. This includes coverage of the product, premiums, terms and conditions and exclusions as well as claims related queries. Support on the future growth of the digital platform roadmap. This includes Mapping out processes and workflows Identifying enhancements requirements as we continually enhance the platform Performing end-to-end user testing of the abovementioned digital platform, logging and providing feedbacks, assessing system gaps Participate in any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned Qualifications Degree in any discipline with an interest in the insurance sector 3 or more years in a multi-disciplinary customer focused growth role Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as MicrosoftExcel and Word A good command of both written and spoken English Ability to work in a team as well as independently Ability to work with tight timelines and pressure Keen eye for detail and is highly organised around multiple priorities & timelines Good communication and people skills Good understanding of the insurance industry with certifications (i.e HI, BCP, ComGI) will be advantageous
