Description

Group Business focuses on protecting businesses and their employees. As part of the Group Business Operations team, you are responsible to ensure that our customers have a superior customer experience in their online business dealings with Income. In this Customer Success role, you will contribute to enhancing amd supporting the digital customer journey and addressing issues from both external & internal parties.   • Create great customer experiences which translates to increased customer satisfaction & business growth. This includes:
    • Providing customer support. You will be responsible for addressing queries & resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner. The queries & issues may come in various modes such as emails, calls and escalations from internal colleagues. You will need to coordinate & liaise with both external & internal stakeholders to ensure issues are efficiently addressed. Customers may include brokers/intermediaries, agents and individual customers acting on behalf of their company
    • Process business applications that are submitted via the platform. This includes performing basic compliance checks, data entry and collecting accurate information & documents for the application to be processed
    • Providing accurate advice & information to customers about our various Group Business products. This includes coverage of the product, premiums, terms & conditions and exclusions as well as claims related queries.
  • Handling insurance claims assessment under the group medical and accident plans.
    • Provide accurate and timely assessment of claims within the required service standards.
    • Handle claim investigation and appeals
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support the Operations team

Qualifications
  • A Levels/Diploma/Degree in any discipline with an interest in the insurance sector
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years working experience in relevant field
  • Good understanding of the Insurance industry with certifications (i.e HI, BCP, comGI) will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A good command of both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work with tight timelines and pressure
  • Keen eye for detail and is highly organised around multiple priorities & timelines
  • Good communication and people skills
