The Leader will be responsible for overseeing the team\'s activities, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence. What You\'ll Do\xc2\xb7 Team Leadership:\xc2\xb7 Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical solution specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.\xc2\xb7 Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.\xc2\xb7 Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals in collaboration with the global director, ensuring alignment with company priorities and objectives.\xc2\xb7 Solution Delivery:\xc2\xb7 Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Technical Solutions scope of work includes customer enablement content and services, implementation and customer success management, and 3D Studio asset creation services.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product management, marketing, and R&D to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a deep understanding of our 3D apparel design and development platform, staying abreast of new features and updates.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical guidance and support to the teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions\xc2\xb7 Lead the 3D Studio team in delivering high-quality 3D apparel designs and visualizations for our clients.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement customer success strategies, tracking, reporting, and resource allocation mechanisms to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.\xc2\xb7 Customer Engagement: \xc2\xb7 Engage directly with customers, building & maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.\xc2\xb7 Work with account managers & sales teams to identify new opportunities for technical solutions and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.\xc2\xb7 Drive the customer enablement strategy to ensure customers are effectively onboarded and trained on our 3D apparel design platform.\xc2\xb7 Monitor customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the customer enablement and adoption process.\xc2\xb7 Strategic Planning:\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and expansion of the APAC Technical Solution Team.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the team\'s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.Your Background:\xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience managing technical solutions, services or customer success teams\xc2\xb7 8+ years of experience as a technical consultant or customer success manager\xc2\xb7 Experience with strategic planning and the ability to coach towards these skills\xc2\xb7 Execute creative and value-focused approaches to help deliver optimal customer outcomes\xc2\xb7 Experience with change management and implementing better approaches to address opportunities\xc2\xb7 Experience in hiring, onboarding, and coaching people\xc2\xb7 Experience using CRM, forecast management, and analytics tools\xc2\xb7 Ability to demonstrate sound reasoning around why you made specific decisions and choices throughout your career\xc2\xb7 English and Mandarin skills required, both spoken and written
