This is an opportunity to be part of the core customer & growth team as the first Customer Success Manager ( Real Estate ) at Privyr, working closely with the founders, product, and customer teams to increase adoption and engagement within the Real Estate industry in Singapore (and beyond)!

Requirements

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

The Customer Success Manager for Real Estate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with real estate users & customers in Singapore, including individual agents, teams, divisions, agencies, developers, partners, and the wider real estate ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and sales process, excellent communication and organisation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As part of managing relationships and accounts across all the major real estate agencies in Singapore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also coordinate regular training schedules and provide ongoing support to clients.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers: This would involve understanding the needs of each customer and providing solutions to their problems. You would need to communicate effectively with customers and build a strong rapport with them.
  • Onboarding new customers: You would guide new customers through the Privyr platform and ensure they have a positive experience. You would provide training and support to help them get started.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues: You would anticipate and identify potential issues before they become problems. You would provide solutions to any problems and work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Analyzing customer trends and data: You would analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This would involve monitoring customer usage and engagement with the Privyr platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across customer support, marketing, and product development to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining customer retention: You would develop and implement strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty. This would involve developing personalized plans for each customer to ensure they are getting the most out of the Privyr platform.
  • Additionally, as a Customer Success Executive at Privyr, you would need to have a good understanding of the platform and its features, as well as the needs of the company\xe2\x80\x99s target market. You would also need to stay up to date with industry trends and be able to adapt to changing customer needs. Overall, your role would be critical in ensuring that customers are satisfied with Privyr and continue to use the platform.
Requirements:
  • Hungry and passionate go-getter with a genuine interest in sales technology, sales processes, and real estate sales
  • Excellent communication (written & spoken English) and people skills
  • Comfortable managing relationships, information, and processes in a rapidly changing startup environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be managing dozens of concurrent projects and customer conversations at a time
  • Tech & product savviness is a must, you need to be able to give demos and explain how features work to non-technical audiences
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or account management
  • Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, already working in Singapore, or able to work in Singapore without a visa
  • Bridge the gap between customers and our product team, building a deep understanding of user feedback and requests to ensure they\xe2\x80\x99re represented and implemented as intended
Bonus Points:
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re intimately familiar with the Singapore real estate industry, having worked with an agency or ecosystem partner (such as at a property portal)
  • You can conduct trainings with influence and persuasion across topics like sales tips & tricks, product demos, and more
  • You have experience with B2B/B2C SaaS companies or products, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • You take challenges head-on: no job is ever too big or small for you, and you\xe2\x80\x99re never afraid of getting your hands dirty
