We're a growing SaaS startup building a cloud system for service businesses.
We're now expanding our local team and looking for someone who enjoys working with business owners, helping them succeed using software.

What You'll Do
Guide new customers to set up and start using our platform (training, onboarding, data setup). Provide product demos to potential customers (together with BD). Support existing customers through chat, WhatsApp. Guide customers on how to apply for relevant government digitalization grants (e.g. CTC, EDG, PSG) and prepare quotation documents. Collect feedback and help improve our product. Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills (English, Mandarin a plus). Enjoys solving customer problems and explaining tech in simple ways. Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team. Interest in SaaS / business software / small business digitalization.

Salary Range
Base
: SGD3,000 - 4,000 / month
(depending on experience)Performance Bonus / Upsell Commission
Growth Path
: can progress to Account Manager / Customer Success Lead*#
