We are looking for a Customer Success Program Manager
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
At least 5 years of total experience with creative story telling
Well-versed in Excel - Pivot Tables, lookup.
PowerBI will be a nice to have
Able to provide a sample portfolio
Execute project management administrative and book-keeping tasks such as managing labour clocking, laptop allocations, access management and billing.
Coordinate the resource planning and allocation of resources to the respective projects, to ensure the resources are made available to the projects at the right time.
Ensure that the onboarding and offboarding of the resources happen on-time.
Track and monitor the completion of mandatory trainings for the team.
Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what\'s expected from them in terms of work deliverables and behaviours.
Maintain the rhythm of business (ROB) to ensure participants and stakeholders are communicating and responding according to the necessary cadence.
Communicate the program status to relevant stakeholders and hold them accountable for following the established schedule, and risk mitigation plans and processes, with minimal guidance.
Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand the data and derive actionable insights.
Create engaging newsletters, infographics, websites and communication material, by using a variety of creative storytelling techniques.
Act as the first point of contact for any people management and administrative queries for the team.
