Marketing Program Manager

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world\'s largest tech organizations
• We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 5 - 7+ years of work experience, primarily in Agency, Marketing, Events or Project Management roles/companies
• Experience creating marketing communications and go-to-market plans
• Experience in developing points of view and opinions on critical business/communications issues in the advertising industry
• Strong project/program management
• Experience working across global time zones with international teams across multiple regions
• Experience working directly with advertising, marketing and/or digital communications agencies
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation experience
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion

• Program Management
• Develop an outbound education program for regional media agencies and execute with compelling, integrated, marketing education content (e.g. presentations, guides, thought leadership, events, videos, digital content, etc.)
• Curate or customise existing materials/collateral to maximise their relevance and usefulness to media agency partners in the region.
• Program coordination and support in region.
• Owns project timelines within the context of the overall program timeline (development, adjustments, alerting to roadblocks/delays) & schedules reviews.
• Ensures team is on track to deliver against timeline at all program stages.
• Ensures team has all information, files, or resources needed to execute (e.g. working files, latest decks, recap of stakeholder feedback, etc)
• Facilitates asset delivery to market (trafficking, localization, media delivery)
• Ensures operational governance standards are met: Marketing Legal, Comms/PR, MSP / Agency Ops procedures; Translation / Terminology timing; Launch Calendar; Digital process, etc.
