Overview
We're seeking a
Customer Success Trainee
to support client onboarding, relationship nurturing and service enquiries. Suitable for fresh grads who prefer a service-oriented, client-facing career.Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through first steps Handle general enquiries via calls, WhatsApp and email Support follow-ups to ensure clients remain engaged Maintain updated client records and service notes Coordinate closely with service and advisory teams
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree Strong service mindset with good communication skills Organised, patient and willing to learn Comfortable interacting with clients No prior experience required; full training provided
