Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Support Admin
- Working Location: Central - Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handling customer service inquiries, providing quotations, service coordination, and billing
- Assisting the account department with A/R payment
- Min. O level
- Having 2 years of working experience in the related field is a plus
- Training is provided to an inexperienced candidate
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Possess CRM experience - Dynamics 365 is a plus
