Job Description


JOB SUMMARY:

  • 5 days work week (staggered timing)
  • Gross up to S$3000
  • Location: Kent Ridge
  • AWS + Variable bonus + yearly increment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:A) Counter role (Front line)
  • Manage Patient and Appointment booking.
  • Advice patients on the usage of in-house applications.
  • Attend to customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
  • Conduct cashiering duties.
B) Rotation in the individual consultation room
  • Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room.
  • Assist doctors during the review consultation - with Customer service / Appointment booking.
  • Manage customer enquiries (patient / family members).
  • Assist with backend support duties (clerical and data entry etc).
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Prior Customer Service Experience in Healthcare is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the company.
