About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our Singapore team on a contract basis. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in customer service operations, order management, and administrative coordination within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities



Accurately and promptly enter sales orders into the system Liaise with the Sales team to verify and complete order details Maintain a systematic filing system for sales orders and customer-related documentation Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via Zendesk Offer administrative support for department projects and process improvements Help manage demo stock inventory with proper tracking and reconciliation Support the year-end audit by collating and organising the required documentation Contribute to other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements



Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not strictly required) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
