MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




Handling of incoming and outgoing calls Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications Provide relevant service information to callers Assist with appointment booking from Hospital, SAF and CHAS GP Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive




Job Requirement


GCE 'N/O' Levels * At least 1 year of call centre working enviornment
