Job Description
Descriptions:
- Handle customer's enquires and troubleshooting
- Deploy, automate, and maintain production infrastructure with leading public cloud vendors
- Support the installation team in handling hosted customer infrastructure needs
- Take charge of DevOps activities for cloud infrastructure
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical customer support, infrastructure, systems, DevOps, or related positions
- Possess AWS certification
- Knowledge in using programming/scripting (Python, Ruby, Bash)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as CloudFormation and Terraform, and familiarity with CI/CD systems, such as Jenkins
