Job Description

Our client is a IT industry. They are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East. Duties:

• Responsible in attending to customers enquiries and provide sales support and handling daily order processing and expedite urgent delivery with operations team members
• Responsible in reviewing to understand customer’s requirement and liaise with internal support teams (Engineering & Operations) to fulfil the requirement
• Responsible in monitoring order backlog and expedite orders to ensure on-time deliveries
• Responsible in providing weekly billing and backlog report to management and sales team and providing costing to product manager based on engineering team estimation in response to customer’s requests
• Responsible in providing summary of customer sales order and invoicing records to sales team on request and coordinating with customers on order and delivery, alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance
• Responsible in supporting transponder business with both customer dealings including quotations and order support, and support of the sales team
• Responsible in supporting transponder activities related to pre-sales samples tracking and shipment, from time to time assist transponder related pre-sales activities locally in Singapore.
• Responsible in checking check costs in the system (NS) and approve all respective pending sales orders
• Responsible in coordinating and supporting all customer site visit and handling of customer's complaints and returns
• Responsible in preparing and organizing sales orders and delivery orders

Requirements:

• Min A-Level or Diploma in any relevant field
• Min 1 working experience in order processing / customer service.
• Prior experience working in Manufacturing industry is a bonus
