Customer Support Coordinator

, you'll support day-to-day service tasks, manage enquiries and ensure customers receive timely assistance and updates.

What You'll Do



Handle inbound and outbound messages to assist with enquiries and basic information Coordinate appointment bookings, reminders and follow-ups Track customer requests, documentation and support actions in an organised manner Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth support and onboarding experience Assist with simple operational tasks that improve service flow

What We're Looking For



Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree Patient, organised and service-oriented Good communication and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple requests with accuracy Experience in CS, admin or coordination roles is an advantage
