What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound messages to assist with enquiries and basic information
Coordinate appointment bookings, reminders and follow-ups
Track customer requests, documentation and support actions in an organised manner
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth support and onboarding experience
Assist with simple operational tasks that improve service flow
What We're Looking For
Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
Patient, organised and service-oriented
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple requests with accuracy
Experience in CS, admin or coordination roles is an advantage
