Job Description


Responsibilities 1, Handle customer enquiries, take orders, handle incoming calls 2. Issue delivery orders 3. Handle after sales queries and resolve issues 4 Support the sales team 3. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements 1. Familiar with China trading rules(to liaise with Mandarin associates) 2. Proficient in written Chinese( (to liaise with Mandarin associates)) 3. At least 3 - 5 years of Trade Operation experience including documents checking. 4. Minimum Diploma is required
