Job Description
An intermediate-level position that ensures client satisfaction, responds to inquiries, and provides administrative help by taking calls and responding to them. Respond to client emails, answer questions, double-check orders, create support tickets, address complaints, or settle disputes, keeping track of tickets, preparing reports, and providing information about the status of the customer support tickets service, and carry out additional office management responsibilities are all things that a Technical Support Coordinator/Customer Support Manager do.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or technology related field.
- With at least 3 year or more proven experience as a customer support specialist, preferably within a similar environment.
- Knowledge in support management Tools, JIRA etc.
- Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.
- Affinity for multitasking with precision.
- Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
