Job Description


  • Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
  • Position Title: Customer Support Officer (Airfreight)/ Customer Service Executive (Airfreight)
  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6.18 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer’s airfreight/ seafreight/ roadfreight enquiries
  • Handle and monitor third party’s air/ sea/ road shipments.
  • Work closely with pricing team and business partner on pricing strategy and/ or cost.
  • Analyse/ negotiate rates and provide quotations to customers.
  • Assist in report preparation for customers, and billing instructions to Import/ Export.
  • Manage projects assigned by Superior.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HOD/ Managers.
