Now we are looking for a Customer Support Officer.What you will do:

  • Be an expert in our digital products (CDN, Hosting, DDoS Protection, Cloud, Streaming Platform)
  • Handle customer requests via chat, email, and phone in English and Russian
  • Monitor the operation of our systems and promptly respond to issues
  • Diagnose incidents and forward the information up to the higher levels of technical support
  • Collect feedback on service quality and create requests for improving our products
Requirements
What we expect:
  • Your English level is B2 or higher
  • You can quickly find, analyze and assimilate a lot of information
  • You can explain complex things so that they become clear and simple
  • You are responsible, polite, and optimistic
It would be beneficial, if:
  • You have basic experience in public and private cloud services
  • You have hands-on experience in monitoring and alerting software
  • You have basic knowledge of networking (network devices, IP, DNS, gateway, MAC address, ping, traceroute, etc.)
  • You have worked in IT, Help Desk, Service Desk

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m (UTC+5) for the training period (1-1,5 month). After the training period 2-2 with night shifts: an 11-hour day shift (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m (UTC+5), then 11-hour night shift (8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m (UTC+5) and 2 days off according to teamschedule (with 24/7 coverage including weekends and holidays because our customers need help around the world).
