About the Role: Provide support to the Distribution Center in all administrative work so as to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales & support team. This includes handling of customer enquiry & order related matters. Order/Invoice using SAP Main Responsibilities: Customer inquiry / order handling Order confirmation Working in cooperation with customer and internal DC parts team Other tasks as assigned Job Requirements: Diploma in Supply Chain or degree in any related field 2-3 years of relevant experience in offer / order related customer service work SAP knowledge Customer focus & Team player Work Independently Can do attitude with responsibility Benefits: Annual leave Medical and Insurance coverage Why Join Us: We pride ourselves on having a broad portfolio of customers who operate across multiple industries.
