Job Description





Responsibilities:


  • Answering questions and providing information to customers
  • Pursuant and offer customers attractive package to retain them
  • Remind account holder via phone and email on their outstanding payments
  • Send out the statement of account, reminder letters and tax invoices to account holders.
  • Raise waivers or credit notes for customer dispute cases when necessary
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and tracking of all billing cases
  • Prepare reports and accounts loading.


Requirements:

  • Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Care Centre environment is preferred
  • Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Comfortable and able to deal with difficult customers
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
