Answering questions and providing information to customers
Pursuant and offer customers attractive package to retain them
Remind account holder via phone and email on their outstanding payments
Send out the statement of account, reminder letters and tax invoices to account holders.
Raise waivers or credit notes for customer dispute cases when necessary
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Maintain accurate and timely records and tracking of all billing cases
Prepare reports and accounts loading.
Requirements:
Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Care Centre environment is preferred
Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
Comfortable and able to deal with difficult customers
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
