Our Client is a MNC Company, this role of Customer Support Specialist (Japanese Speaking) to work for a Video Marketing Company.
【What you will be working on】
Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.
Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization
Perform effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of the company.
Requirement
【What they are looking for】
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
Preferably 2 years of customer service experience (Inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply!)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese fluently in order to liaise Japanese Speaking counterparts
Strong interests with Video Marketing Company
Working Hour
8:00 ~ 17:00
