The role of a Customer Support Engineer will be a member of the Global Customer Support team, operating from Amsterdam, Dubai, Buenos Aires, and Singapore. This department is responsible for all incident management activities. What you will be doing - Proactively communicate with channel partners regarding incoming incidents and register these in trouble tickets - Resolve technical issues involving the client's network connections by troubleshooting the incident and proactively coordinating the solution process - Perform technical acceptance testing on newly provisioned services to ensure the quality of delivery - Administrate the process of technical support accurately and share findings with colleagues - Manage the channel partner relationship by means of timely communication throughout the issue resolving process, ensuring excellent client satisfaction Requirement What they are looking for - Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma - An educational background in ICT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or CCNA certification - Minimum 1-2 years of solid working experience - Proficiency in the English and Japanese languages (min JLPT N2) are essential, and another regional language is beneficial - Excellent analytical and communicative skills channel partner focus Working Hour 9:00 18:00 Benefit What they are offering - Variable Bonus (Depending on Company & Individual performance) - Annual Leave: 22 days - Medical Leave: 14 days - Medical Expense Card (Cashless Service) - Dental Insurance: $150/year
