Job Description
Responsibilities
Our Client is a leading leader in the Aviation industry and is looking for talents to be a part of their team!
You shall be:
- Attending to live chats / call / video call & any shopping enquiries
- Providing customer with end-to-end shopping experience
- Keeping updated on ongoing promotion & airport updates
- Liaise & arrange for customer deliveries
Requirements:
- Possess at least a year of related experience within the retail, hospitality, or travel industry
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Work hours:
- 8am-5.30pm (morning shift) , 12.30pm-10pm (afternoon shift)
- Work 4 days, off 2 days
