Cyber Security Infra Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the IT security and infrastructure components like firewalls, switches, privileged access management etc.
- Manage fault rectification process, and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems using a range of diagnostic utility tools
- Work closely with product vendor to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition
- Manage patching process and maintain the IT security components, e.g. monitor, evaluate, test, and apply critical patches to operating systems, applications, etc.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance to relevant equipment
- Basic knowledge of network, network security is preferred
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill
- Relevant work experience (3 to 5 years) in IT security is preferred
- Certification in Information Technology Security field has an advantage
- Willing to be on 24x7 standby
