As a Cyber Security Sales Manager at Honeywell Singapore, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Cyber Security division. You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding customer business needs, and providing appropriate cyber security products or solutions. Your goal will be to define and implement sales and growth strategies aligned with critical business objectives and to leverage your product knowledge to deliver compelling value propositions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the field of cyber security.
  • Manage and plan strategic accounts to maximize sales potential.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Articulate and deliver Honeywell\'s value proposition in cyber security.
  • Manage the sales cycle momentum to ensure continuous engagement and progress.
Establish and maintain strong rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Cyber Security, Business, or related fields are advantageous.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on cyber security or related technology fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/account management role, preferably in the technology or cyber security industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account growth.
  • Familiarity with the cyber security market and trends.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to different levels within an organization.
  • Solid understanding of cyber security products and market needs.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
