Job Description
We are working with a leading financial institution in Singapore. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Cybersecurity Awareness Expert to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the company\'s security teams to communicate and monitor new security capabilities.
- Strategize, implement and review security awareness and education efforts.
- Continuously assess and report the employee and customer responsiveness to cyber threats.
- Define and maintain design documentation, processes, procedures and metrics to demonstrate effective and efficient management of services and capabilities.
- Provide support for Audit and Regulatory requests.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT / Security Awareness & Education programs.
- Proven experience in driving cultural change within an organization through various cross-department projects.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and relevant security requirements.
- Good understanding of security controls and technology risk.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations.
