Job Description


OPS is seeking a highly motivated, good interpersonal, relationship building skills and experienced Manager to support our digital transformation initiatives in the Property Management department. In this role, you will work closely with internal/external teams to provide expert guidance and support in implementing digital solutions You are willing to be hands-on, have basic Cybersecurity awareness.

  • Digital Transformation: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and goals related to facility asset maintenance, IT, space planning, and workplace operations. Provide advisory services to develop and implement digital solutions that optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of system administration, including access controls, roles, profiles, and SharePoint management, creating user guides, establish SOP. Staff onboarding and departure, including but not limited to email migration, setup user phone for Ms Teams, Zoom Platform etc
  • Understanding of basic/intermediate cybersecurity principles and awareness of best practices to ensure the security of digital systems and data recovery such as RTO/RPO approach.
  • Familiarity with digital twin technology and its application in optimizing space utilization, simulating energy efficiency measures, testing maintenance strategies, and evaluating the impact of design changes.

  • Hands-on Approach: Demonstrate a willingness to actively engage in project activities. Assist in the implementation of digital solutions, perform data analysis, and contribute to the overall success of transformation projects through your active involvement ensuring projects are within scope, schedule and budget.
  • Informational Meetings and Presentations: Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings, recommendations and project updates with teams and stakeholders. Effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when faced with challenges from stakeholders. Proactively identify issues, analyze root causes, and practical solutions that address their needs.
  • Positive Attitude and Customer Focus: Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach when interacting with stakeholders. Build strong relationships, understand their requirements, and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Enjoyment and proficiency in administrative work: Perform administrative tasks, such as O365 for documenting project activities, tracking progress, and preparing reports. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative responsibilities to support project management and reporting requirements. Include other administrative duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers and stakeholders with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude, and utilizing problem-solving skills to find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Annual building power shut down exercise and responsible for managing day-to-day operations and support of projects.
  • Managing copiers including new user configuration (ongoing)
  • Scrum Master Certification: The ideal candidate possesses a scrum master certification is a bonus, demonstrating their proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
  • End to End Project Management: The candidate should have the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion., ensuring all projects deliveries are met. This includes overseeing documentation, processes and providing necessary training and support to stakeholders.
  • Degree in information technology, ICT or equivalent.
