Support rollout and administration of talent mobility and L&D programs for cybersecurity staff.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs. Maintain employee development records and assist in reporting/visualization. Develop and communicate learning resources; gather participant feedback. Assist in stakeholder engagement and collaborate with HR and cybersecurity teams. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5 years in talent development, L&D, or HR coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus. Interest in cybersecurity is desirable.
