Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Provide expertise in Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O functions. \xc2\xb7 Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O application and evaluates the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected. \xc2\xb7 Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and client/end-users \xc2\xb7 Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O application to achieve the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate the customer\xe2\x80\x99s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application). \xc2\xb7 Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O application \xc2\xb7 Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or the company\xe2\x80\x99s services. \xc2\xb7 End to End management co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation \xc2\xb7 Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for invoicing in relation to projects. \xc2\xb7 Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects. \xc2\xb7 Assist with any other necessary task as required. \xc2\xb7 Production support as required Skills and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Min 2 years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O, with a focus on Finance, with full project implementation experience of Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 Project Management and Accounting module. \xc2\xb7 Min 2 years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O enhancements and integrations \xc2\xb7 Min 2 years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX2012 or D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation. \xc2\xb7 Strong English business writing and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including: Scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration. \xc2\xb7 Experience leading large complex technology projects. \xc2\xb7 Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics. \xc2\xb7 Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.
