Main responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Hands-on implementation and deployment of MS Dynamics 365 F&O solution \xc2\xb7 Configure and provide expertise in Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O Finance
functions \xc2\xb7 Working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage MS
Dynamics 365 F&O using best development and implementation methodologies \xc2\xb7 Participate in project implementation throughout all project stages including
analysis, design, development, test, and pre-go live and post go live end user
support \xc2\xb7 Provide onsite and offsite consulting services \xc2\xb7 Advise customers on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard
product customer\'s business processes with creative configuration \xc2\xb7 Business Process Discovery Documents \xc2\xb7 Prepare functional specification for customization required \xc2\xb7 Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users \xc2\xb7 Prepare test script and conduct user acceptable testing \xc2\xb7 Proactively identify, analyse, and respond to issues and risks \xc2\xb7 Suggest areas of improvement in methodology and internal processes along with
potential solutions \xc2\xb7 Participate in pre-sales activities if required \xc2\xb7 Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or the
company\xe2\x80\x99s services. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for
functionality, operability and documentation \xc2\xb7 Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for
invoicing in relation to projects. \xc2\xb7 Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across

with respect, courtesy and professionalism. Knowledge and Expertise: \xc2\xb7 Min 5 years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or
D365 F&O, with a focus on Finance, with full project implementation experience of
Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 Project Management and Accounting module. \xc2\xb7 Min 5 years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX2012
or D365 F&O enhancements and integrations \xc2\xb7 Min 5 years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and
testing of AX2012 or D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation
methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation. \xc2\xb7 Strong English business writing and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines \xc2\xb7 Experience leading large complex technology projects. \xc2\xb7 Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics. \xc2\xb7 Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development
methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and
application servers.
