You will be both leading our finance projects across SEA and growing the business. Working closely with the practice leadership by providing your skills to solution new projects. Be the leader for both a local/nearshore team, and a offshore team to deliver on D365 F&O Finance for our customers, ensuring successful project outcomes. Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes. Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use. Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps. Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints. Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations. 7+ Years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a finance consultant.
4+ Years of experience as a Finance lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer. Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects. Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner. Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Finance certifications are a plus.
