• Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
• Working Location & Nearest MRT(s): Jurong West Area
• Opportunity Nature: Permanent Opportunity (Direct Headcount, NOT under agency)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for System Performance and Work Processes\' Diagnoses
• Gathering, merging, and analyzing relevant data in the Enterprise system (to find valuable insights OR provide solutions)
• Data-Analysis Structure & Methodology Creation:

• Defining data items (required for business & system analyses including KPIs, indicators, etc.)
• Designing data-mart of data analyses
• Defining data analysis processes or methodologies (for system & work performance monitoring)
• Improvement on Business Processes & Systems:

• Analyzing relevant data to manage the performance of systems/ processes & to identify issues
• Identifying root cause of issues through data analyses
• Collaboration:

• Gathering data analysis request from business areas/ users & co-analyzing them together
• Training business areas/ users on business intelligence system for better efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to have minimum 3 - 4 years of Data Science, Data Monitoring, Data Analytics, & Statistics
• Technically sound in Data Analyses, Business Intelligence Implementation, Database Management (using Oracle, Tibero, SQL, etc.)
• Experience in extracting valuable data information using Analytics tools
• Comfortable and experienced in presenting insights (using Data Visualization or Summarization tools)
