  • Identifying Savings Opportunities
Secondary indicators will include:
  • On time delivery of management reporting
  • On time delivery of client reporting
Job Duties
  • Understand our WOW with our client, product categories, SLA's, savings categories, margins etc.
  • Perfect knowledge of Connect / SAP to make sure all the information match in between the 2 systems. (Make sure no opportunities for profit are missed)
  • Make sure Connect has the most accurate information possible, chase the local teams for amendments.
  • Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts, and monthly sales reports to the Account Director.
  • Run weekly WIP reports (Europe, Americas, APAC, Africa, Global Assortment)
  • Suggest new layout for monthly/annual reporting graphs/data
  • Input data for all countries into PPT template format
  • Create new PPT reporting template
  • Monthly HUSA COG report to finance and update WIP
  • Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers.
  • Check and chase teams in relation to overdue debts for Rodifel
  • Deliver reportsfor review and chase teams for update(s)
  • Bi-weekly delayed report delivery
  • Chase AMS to obtain a ROIfor all major campaigns in excess of 10k EUR
  • Create internal reporting to track all KPI's (Add and include conversion rates)
  • Support ASL Management to provide added value to the client resulting from the use of data analysis
  • Rationalise suppliers through data analysis of our spend
  • Measure the savings on the sustainability pillars
  • Create Rate Card for textiles in Europe
  • Prioritise own workload from scheduling requests to ensuring deadlines are met
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards
THE PERSONSkills and Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Big Data / capture and processing of data from various sources, being structured and unstructured.
  • Capacity to identify analytical standards/ patterns
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of other ways of managing data
  • Excellent task-based organisational, planning and execution skills
  • Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Fluent in English written & spoken
