• Develop algorithms, statistical models and perform insightful/in-depths statistical analysis to improve our financial and headcount forecasting methodologies/models.
• Identify potentially problematic data, determine root cause for data problems and suggest possible solutions.
• Manage & develop dashboards, metrics and automated reporting using visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Extracts, Transforms, and Loads (ETL) data from disparate systems to be loaded into other systems, databases or data warehouses.
• Develop & manage data processing pipelines for data modelling, transformation, analysis, and reporting from multiple datasets.
• Design, implement, document processes and systems to monitor data quality.
• Identify new ways to leverage data for maximum efficiency.
• Able to drive and work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree with a background in Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative fields.
• At least 7 years of applicable working experience.
• Expert experience pulling large and complex data using SQL/data warehouse and writing data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI (data modelling, power query, power pivot, DAX).
• Development experience in programming/scripting language (e.g. Python, R).
• Experience in analyzing database performance and creating interfaces enterprise databases and end user query tools.
• Strong attention to details, thorough and accurate in work performance.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and independently.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across countries and cultures.
• Able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Working with European time zones required.
