Responsible for reporting and analysis of Monoprice's e-commerce business. Build and run SQL queries to populate reports and conduct analysis in Tableau Collect and validate data from various sources, integrate into reporting on routine basis Document design and data mapping for dashboards and reports Help ensure integrity of data, working with development to improve underlying infrastructure to improve accuracy and efficiency Work with other Monoprice departments to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks Create, maintain and deliver business dashboard reports, weekly & monthly KPIs and ad hoc reports in agreed-upon timeframes Identify opportunities for improvement (and red flags) by analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting recommendations Understand and communicate the business impact of the data and think creatively about using it to recommend changes that measurably impact sales and retention Assist in analyzing test results Other duties may be assigned to accomplish company or department objectivesSubject to applicable laws and Monoprice's policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance is a must 3 - 5 years of experience in SQL reporting and analytics Experience with Tableau Desktop (and/or equivalent modern analytics software), connecting data sources, data blending, and creating is a must Experience with Statics a plusOther Skills and Abilities Analytical. You have the excellent quantitative ability and a strong aptitude for statistics or analytics. You pick up on patterns and trends that tell a complete story. Detail Oriented. A deep knowledge of MS Access and Excel, creating a business model, ad-hoc databases driven by Pivot Tables, advanced macros. Ability to write SQL and run queries.Language Skills: Ability to read, write simple correspondence, and communicate with all internal customers and vendors in a clear, easily understood manner in English.Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform advanced level mathematics. Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
