Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
Use Power BI dashboards to track customer engagement and feedback.
Analyze data to identify areas for service and process improvement.
Collaborate with managers to enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
Process & Tools Management
Develop and improve event formats and engagement tools.
Act as the subject matter expert for virtual meeting platforms.
Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) updated and relevant.
Event & Engagement Coordination
Manage event requests and schedules through internal systems.
Coordinate logistics such as invitations, registration, venue setup, and catering.
Lead regular meetings to review event status and follow up on action items.
Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Professional, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Open to feedback and continuous learning.
Flexible and adaptable to handle diverse tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; other languages are an advantage.
