Responsibilities

• Group Operations Data Stewardship Operating Model:

• Partner with all stakeholders (Regional & Location data representatives, Line Operations data analytics & functional teams, Transformation Group DataFirst team to assist Group Ops Data Steward function to perform effective data management regionally
• Partner in the development of regional data operations governance and effectively manage data across the regional operations
• Regulatory Reporting, regionally:

• Collaborate with Regional & Locations' Operations teams to drive the Regulatory Reporting journey process and data issues and resolutions. Lead efforts to ensure improvement in data quality and solve for data issues
• Drive and nurture robust control environment regionally for regulatory reporting; ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the regulatory reporting
• Be an active member of the Regulatory Governance Group of the bank to enhance the overall compliance culture within the bank
• Measurement, Reporting & Process Improvements:

• Work closely with various units to operationalize data reconciliation and issue resolution framework to ensure a single view of truth across functions
• Establish measurable metrics for data quality - setup periodic monitoring framework
• Drive upstream data capture quality through systematic process enhancements and liaise across units / functions for adoption

• Ability / experience of leading complex program(s) involving multitude of stakeholders, distributed geographically
• Ability to analyze functional/nonfunctional requirements and seek clarifications for a better understanding of requirements
• Good to have:

• Proficiency in understanding & handling of data on highly sophisticated framework implemented using EDSF, Collibra Metadata & Cloud components
• Detailed knowledge on broad range of functional Operations in Line Operations (CBG Operations, IBG Operations & TM Operations) to enable engaging discussions to solve for data issues
• Hands-on capability to author, use data on Collibra Metadata management tool
• Exposure to Analytics services (Spark, Scala, Python) and handling user and app security
• Exposure to Scheduling services (Airflow) and handling user and app security
• Experience in Banking Operations function such as Productivity, Efficiency & Utilization measurements
