We are working with a MNC company and are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to join them.
Job Scope
- Healthy and robust data and analytics operation where solutions are always delivered timely, accurately and cost effectively
- Strong data and advanced analytics capabilities with solutions built and delivered proactively to enable and anticipate current and future business needs
- Strong business acumen and stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 engagement resulting in high business satisfaction with data and analytics operation and solution delivery
- A strong and motivated data & analytics team
- Regarded as a key digital leader, influencer and business contributors by the business
- Robust data strategy, implemented with agility in partnership with the business and digital teams, driving short-term wins and strengthening foundations
- Data governance frameworks established, improving data ownership, consistency and quality
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Information Systems with 10+ years of relevant experience in data & analytics
- Experience with data & analytics operation, solutioning and implementations
- Experience in people management, organization transformation and delivery of data & analytics solutions with regional multi-national scope
- Experience with building, promoting and implementing data strategies
- Stakeholders management skills, proven ability to convince and influence key business decision makers
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Ability to engage business to shape/anticipate needs and deliver appropriate solutions
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to cope with ambiguity, complexities and with shifting priorities
- Ability to build new capabilities and foster teamwork
- Drive for results
- Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge of data & analytics architecture, platforms as well as industry and technology solution trends
- Knowledge of data models and relationship among data elements
- Knowledge of complete stack of data & analytics solution from data acquisition, ingestion to publishing and visualization
- Knowledge of advanced analytics technology/platform, e.g. ML/AI, data science
- Knowledge and experience with enterprise applications
- Knowledge of data governance standards and applications
