1. Comprehensive planning and design of the data centre, including but not limited to network architecture, server layout, storage solutions, and security strategies.
2. Expertise with data centre operational tasks, conducting of surveys in various data centres to ensure all AI practices meeting the specification requirements.
3. In-depth understanding and tracking of the latest technologies and products in the data centre field, particularly in servers, storage, networking, and security.
4. Selection of IDC (Internet Data Centre) infrastructure equipment, ensuring that the technical choices meet business needs and budget constraints.
5. Review data centre blueprints and provide professional guidance based on design institute drawings.
6. Manage the implementation of civil engineering, electrical, and electromechanical projects, ensuring the quality and progress align with expectations.7. Collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that the project\'s technical specifications and delivery standards are met.
8. Develop and maintain data centre operations processes, standards, and practices.
9. Provide technical training and guidance to team members to enhance the team\'s professional capabilities.
10. Participate in the formulation of the company\'s technical strategy and provide recommendations for the long-term development of the data centre.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Over 10 years of experience in managing, building, and operating large data centres.
3. Familiarity with data centre networking, servers, storage, and security technologies, as well as the latest related products and solutions.
4. Extensive project management and team leadership experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
5. Good technical insight and innovation capability, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
6. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
