Responsibilities:

Own Lifecycle Asset Inventory of Edge CDN fleet





Primary Support and Escalation for Server, Network, Circuit, Hardware and Logical Documentation and Operational Matters


Perform Asset Operations for Addition/decommission/RMA/Migration of assets and entries into internal database and Data Centers/Warehouses


Validation of Submission of Firm Demand Ordering and shipment tracking/delivery/acceptance


Decommission and Accountability of equipment


Warranty/RMA Support


Warehouse/VMI Responsibility


Support for Auditing process, cycle count activities, Spares/Inventory and ensure adherence to financial and compliance standards


Interaction with Internal and External Stakeholders


Initial POC for all Vendor Queries relating to shipment, access, and chats/communications


Create Colocation Inbound/Outbound Shipments and track Deliveries


Work with SCM/Planning to update and add equipment into CMDB


Liasion between internal and external teams for hardware, circuit, and asset related


queries





Point of Escalation of Supply Chain Operational related matters and regular cadence with external and internal teams


Comfortable working with different Asset Management tools and software


Perform regular audits for all site portals, inventory, and hours performed by vendors


Schedule vendors for ERAD for Reverse logistics and oversee the activities.


QBR for all vendors


Data Entry and Accuracy





Maintain data integrity across multiple systems, identify root causes of, escalate, and resolve data inconsistencies


Improve policies, standards, processes, and workflows to support operational requirements


Inventory Database Improvement Strategy
Spares Inventory database
Create plan for healthy amount of spares at each site/warehouse and trigger request for additional spares when it reaches certain threshold
Raise Site and Vendor Remote Hands to perform site audits when needed

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a high level attention to detail, hardware/logistics support, project management across multiple stakeholders and time zones, flexible with numerous tracking platforms and sheets, and keen on improvement processes and solutions. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred with a plus in working in the Telco/Infrastructure field and managing external vendors and datacenters.
