You'll thrive by bridging the gap between traditional M&E systems and modern data-driven practices. Focus on understanding both the physical infrastructure and the data it generates. Embrace a proactive approach to problem-solving and data analysis. Successfully translating technical data into actionable insights for leadership will be key to your success.

What you do

---------------

Lead the implementation and management of data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) platforms. Collaborate with M&E teams to align systems and ensure operational compliance. Collect, analyse, and visualise data to identify optimisation opportunities. Support daily data hall operations, including asset management. Build dashboards and reports for executive-level communication.

Who you are

You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. You have 3-5 years of experience in data centre operations, understanding both white and grey space. You are proficient in using infrastructure monitoring tools like DCIM, BMS, or EMS. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights. You communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of M&E systems in data centres Strong problem-solving mindset Comfortable building dashboards and reports Familiarity with capacity planning, energy optimisation, and sustainability metrics (PUE) Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure knowledge Knowledge of scripting and automation is a plus Experience in deploying and integrating DCIM platforms is a plus
