Job Description
Job Scope:
- To support the design of data collection channels
- To support data integration between data collection channels and dashboard
- To support the identification of opportunities for process automation and improvements
Business Intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, e.g., creation of databases and usage of calculations/formulas
- Familiar with the applications in Tableau
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
- Creative problem-solving skills to streamline workflows
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills for liaising with team members
