Design, build, and optimize scalable data engineering pipelines to support AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
Work with Copilot Studio for AI solution design, development, and integration.
Implement and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, including AI Foundry and related cloud services.
Develop, test, and deploy Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAGs) frameworks for enterprise use cases.
Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical models into production-ready solutions.
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across the AI/ML ecosystem.
Optimize performance and scalability of AI-driven data solutions.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
Strong background in Data Science with hands-on data pipeline implementation.
Practical experience with Copilot Studio for AI-based development.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and related services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Cognitive Services, etc.).
Proven track record of RAGs (Retrieval Augmented Generation) creation and implementation.
Strong programming skills in Python / SQL / PySpark (or similar).
Experience in designing and managing cloud-native data architecture.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
