Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Data Engineer

to join our Singapore-based data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing datasets, building and maintaining data pipelines, and supporting business and analytics stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accessible, and reliable data delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain datasets and data pipelines to support business operations and analytics initiatives. Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure data quality and consistency. Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics Program Management Office and key stakeholders to co-design the

Enterprise Data Strategy

and

Common Data Model

. Contribute to the implementation and promotion of the organization's

Data Platform

, driving the adoption of transformative data processes and services. Develop scalable and efficient

data pipelines and data structures

to support Data Scientists and Analysts. Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of data solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are production-ready.

Requirements

Experience:

5-10 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data platform development, or analytics engineering. Proven experience in designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows. Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data architecture principles. Hands-on experience with modern data platforms or tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Factory, DBT, etc.) is an advantage. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise-scale data strategies or governance initiatives is preferred.
